God is pure, unfiltered, unadulterated Love and we were created to be loved by him and to love him and others in return.
In a world that’s full of conflict and division, yelling and proving others wrong, empathy can be a rare place of safety. And I believe this is what many are longing for.
Maybe being unqualified isn’t such a bad thing…
Though it can be uncomfortable, accountability provides an opportunity for growth that is unmatched, vulnerability is all that’s required in return.
At the end of the day, the gospel is simple, powerful, and completely relational.
It’s truly amazing to me that there’s always more to be gleaned by the Bible, even if you’ve already those verses 100 times before.
As uncomfortable as it can be, community is a vital part of our healing process.
Consider this your official invitation to feel—what will you do with it?
What do you do when you’re doing life, laboring beside, or hanging out with people who believe in the same God as you, but value incredibly different things?
Something powerful happens when someone comes alongside you and says “I’ve been there, it does get better, and I’ll be here with you until it does.”
