Walking humbly with God isn’t pressure-filled. It is embracing who he has called and empowered us to be.
We can easily look like we’re humble, without actually humbly walking with God.
In Micah 6:8, God commands us to love mercy, which is not something that comes naturally to me.
Our view of justice has become one of punishment and payment instead of life-change and restoration of relationship.
With the Lord, justice, mercy, and humility aren’t opposing ideas, they all work together in harmony.
Jesus often went out of his way for people. Even when he was on a journey, he would take the time to respond to the needs of the people.
I am often disappointed by how long things take in life. I want the movie montage version, not the real-life version of these events.
