I believe that learning how to be intentionally grateful in good times helps us better prepare for the rocky waters of life when they come.
I’m confident that we can experience a deeper level of God’s love, grace, and mercy when we open ourselves up to him honestly and without holding back.
Truth without love can be harsh and critical.
Honesty with empathy is welcoming and kind.
I feel overwhelming gratitude for those who have gone before me and consistently show me how to live vulnerably.
Though it can be uncomfortable, accountability provides an opportunity for growth that is unmatched, vulnerability is all that’s required in return.
Living exposed is an incredibly uncomfortable place to be but it’s worth the risk.
What does authenticity mean to you?
Who is the model of authenticity in your life?
I want to encourage you, no matter where you’re at in life, what you’re doing, or what your circumstances currently look like, to take a little step of vulnerability today.
Make space in your schedule for life-giving experiences.
God wants to heal you so that you can point others to him. What if that discomfort you’re experiencing now would lead to someone coming to know God? Would that be worth it to you?
