My book launch has not gone the way I would’ve planned it, but I’m so glad that it happened the way it did.
Jesus is perfect, not a perfectionist.
I’m thankful that Jesus went first, so all I have to do is respond to his unending love.
I’m not perfect at being present, nor will I ever be, but thankfully that’s not the goal. I’m so grateful that perfection isn’t the standard I’m required to fill because, as much as I hate to admit it, that’s a goal I will never, ever achieve.
